Courtnee is a certified professional sound healer who blends the frequencies of crystal quartz singing bowls, guided meditation and visualization, and gentle breathwork to support deep rest, nervous system regulation, and inner clarity. Her path to sound healing grew from her own transition out of survival mode after years of military service, where she learned firsthand the importance of creating space for the body and mind to settle.

Through Fearlessly Aligned Sound Healing, she is passionate about supporting individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or constantly “on,” offering a calm, grounded space to slow down, reconnect, and return to themselves.
